Visit Elevate during pickup hours with a valid photo ID (21+) and your order confirmation.
Elevate pickup hours & location
Pickup is at Elevate—not a Sky High storefront. Elevate is a separate brick-and-mortar location with its own website: elevate-cinci.com.
Pickup follows Elevate’s store hours, with a 15-minute buffer after open and before close so orders can be prepped and handed off smoothly.

Is Elevate the same as Sky High?
Sky High is this online store (shop, cart, checkout, shipping). Elevate is the brick-and-mortar location where local pickup is completed. Elevate has a separate website: elevate-cinci.com.
Do you ship outside Cincinnati?
Yes. Sky High ships almost anywhere in the US where shipping is legal. Some products (including certain THCA items) cannot ship to restricted states—see product pages and the site footer for details.
How fast is Elevate pickup?
Most orders are ready in about 30 minutes during the pickup window. Peak times may take a bit longer.
Do I pay online or at Elevate?
Orders are paid online on Sky High at checkout. Bring your confirmation and a valid photo ID (21+) when you pick up at Elevate.
Why is the pickup window shorter than store hours?
Pickup opens 15 minutes after Elevate opens and closes 15 minutes before Elevate closes so the team can prepare orders and complete handoffs cleanly.
What do I need to bring?
A valid government-issued photo ID. You must be 21 or older. Bring your order confirmation when possible.
