How it works

  • 1. Shop online

    Add products to your cart from any collectionβ€”bestsellers, deals, or something specific.

  • 2. Choose pickup

    At checkout, select in-store pickup (or the pickup option shown) instead of shipping.

  • 3. We prepare your order

    Most pickup orders are ready in about 30 minutes during pickup hours. We’ll confirm when we can.

  • 4. Pick up with ID

    Visit during pickup hours with a valid photo ID. You must be 21+. The ID should match the order name when required.

Pickup follows store hours, with a 15-minute buffer after open and before close so we can prep and hand off orders smoothly.

Pickup FAQ

How fast is pickup?

Most orders are ready in about 30 minutes during the pickup window. Peak times may take a bit longerβ€”we’ll do our best to keep you updated.

What do I need to bring?

A valid government-issued photo ID. You must be 21 or older. The name on the ID should match the order when required by store policy.

Why is pickup shorter than store hours?

We open pickup 15 minutes after the store opens and close it 15 minutes before the store closes so the team can prepare orders and complete handoffs without rushing open/close tasks.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Contact the shop before pickup if someone else will collect the order. They must be 21+ with valid ID, and we may need the original order details.

Follow the options shown at checkout. If you’re unsure, choose the available method and our team can help when you arrive.
