How does VIP work?

Calendar-year points: Boarding (0) → Sky Club (1,000 → +200 pts) → Captain (3,000 → $5 off) → Elite (6,000 → $10 off). Entry rewards when you promote up. Status resets each year.

Do pickup / Elevate orders earn?

Online orders earn when you’re a member. In-store can earn when the ticket is linked to your email/phone.
